Sao Miguel Park Hotel - Ponta Delgada (Sao Miguel)

We had a lovely stay. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious every day, and the pools were a perfect way to unwind after our adventures. we were pleasantly surprised with lunchboxes for our early departure! I would definitely return.

Very very good breakfast, favourable location, immaculately clean place overall. Nice bar on-site, great-sized room with a huge balcony as well as a large bathroom. Super friendly staff, easy check in...

we were in a magnificent and fantastic location within a close distance from pico carvao. the staff was supper friendly and exceptionally nice.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and absolutely perfect - relatively close to Mercado da Graca Market. Besides, it was really close to the local shopping centre, restaurants and town shops, marina and central area and the nearby gardens. The twin room was huge, included central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The fitness facilities with pools and Turkish bath were amazing after hiking. Plus, the indoor pool was a nice saltwater treat.

Nice location, though a bit further away from the city center, the nearby park is just wonderful; comfortable room with a balcony(in the front), nice and clean bathroom, with hot-hot water :) extremely helpful reception staff, who are ready organize whatever you request, have only positive memories

The Portugese, thus the Azorean cuisine is not really vegetarian friendly :(

The location was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, including options for different dietary needs, which was a pleasant surprise for my family. The air conditioning in our room could have worked better, especially given the humid climate. It was a decent stay, especially for families with small kids.

The hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgable about the island and eager to assist in our travel plans. They were proud of the island and their culture and it shined in their attitudes. Withe their assistance, we were able to see everything we had planned and learned of places we didn't know about. Recommend this hotel!!!

We paid for dinner with our package but on the 2nd night, when we went to the dining room it was full of people there for what seemed to be a childrens party. We were unable to get a table at the buffet and wouldn't have been able to relax and enjoy the dinner with all of the noise if we had tried. We spent 40 euro for a dinner we didn't get to eat.

The room was spacious and had a nice ocean view from the balcony, which I loved. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and tidy. Just wish there were coffee-making facilities in the room. The shampoo wasn't topped up daily, but overall, I had a pleasant experience.

The breakfast was outstanding and excellent and complete with local products, wine and also soda. The location was unbeatable, within a close distance from an urban botanical garden.

The location is ideal, walking distance to shops and attractions. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety, including gluten-free options. The gaming room kept us entertained during bad weather. Room was clean with an ocean view terrace.

Couples looking for a nice getaway

The location is great, we walked to all the restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good but got kinda repetitive after a while.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The spacious lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated. As a senior, I appreciated the easy navigation. The staff were also attentive, quickly assisting me when needed.

More comfortable seating in the lounge would help.
